Main functional features:
1. Adopt special control system for grinding machine, imported high-precision ball screw for two shafts, and imported bearing support; Head frame structure: A type fixed type, B type fixed and active dual-use, C type precision electric spindle rotary structure, D type torque spindle rotary structure; Precision roller guide rail is used for X and Z axis, and Schneider electric control is used for electrical control. The machine tool has the function of automatic correction and compensation of grinding wheel, and is externally connected with 1 μ M-band compensation switch, safety emergency exit protection and other functions.
2. The machine tool has high repeated positioning accuracy, strong grinding stability and low surface roughness value; It is easy to operate, easy to learn and use, and easy to realize automatic processing; It is widely applicable to the simultaneous grinding of the end face, the outer circle or the shaped surface and the efficient grinding of the cylindrical conical surface and other cylindrical parts.
